Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

daily operations

of the company's e-commerce platforms Upload and maintain product listings with

accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-resolution images

Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure

timely dispatch and delivery

Maintain and monitor

inventory levels

; coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overselling Handle

domestic and international logistics

, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and documentation Work closely with

marketing, design, and operations

teams to align product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Analyze platform

sales data and performance metrics

to optimize listings and sales strategies Provide prompt and professional

customer support

, including addressing post-sale queries and resolving issues
Candidate Requirements:

1-2 years

of hands-on experience in

e-commerce operations

, ideally in the

fashion or apparel industry

Experience using platforms like

Shopify, WordPress

, or similar CMS/e-commerce tools Proficient in

Microsoft Excel and Word

; familiarity with analytics/reporting tools is a plus Strong

organizational, multitasking
