Looking for E-commerce executive with min 2+ yrs of work experience

Candidate must have good communication skills

will be able to manage online platforms like - Myntra,AJIO,Amazon,Ebay etc

Having good experties in managing products

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Development:

Develop and implement overall e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and improve user experience. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Platform Management:

Manage and optimize the company's online store, including product listings, pricing, and categorizations. Ensure the e-commerce platform is user-friendly and visually appealing.

Digital Marketing & Sales:

Create and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to drive traffic and increase conversions. Develop promotional offers and ensure they are displayed appropriately.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations.

Collaboration & Operations:

Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with warehouse and demand planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Customer Experience & Support:

Oversee customer support to ensure excellent service and timely resolution of complaints. Manage customer feedback and reviews to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Security:

Ensure products and website content comply with legal and quality standards. Manage online payment systems and resolve any related issues.
