E-Commerce Executive
with prior experience in the
FMCG Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining Primary level Dump data link sheets of all commerce channels (Master, Quickcomm & Total order Sheets)
Coordinating and aligning the appointments with Mother warehouse POCs and at portal level
Making Sure that POs are being fulfilled at given expiry timelines
New channel initiation and Onboarding
Conflict Resolution related to listing, payment or any other issues
Rectifying violations and providing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Documentation
Ensuring product descriptions, images, and specifications are clear, accurate, and complete.
Ensuring that products are in stock and ready for delivery and making Sure inventory is replenished before it reaches provided thresholds. (Amazon, Edgistify)
Handling returns efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Making Sure the Safe-T claims are filed with the corresponding channels for reimbursement of damaged products
Keeping an eye on the last mile logistics cost for managing shipping costs to balance affordability with profitability.
Account Creation for all global countries
Product Listing and hygiene check
Rectifying Violations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 years & Above experience
Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA/B.Com/Marketing).
Demonstrated experience in managing advertising campaigns on e-commerce platforms, with a strong focus on Amazon.
Profound knowledge of Amazon Advertising tools and best practices.
Proficiency in keyword research.
Strong analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Willingness to stay abreast of industry trends and adapt to shifts in the e-commerce landscape.
Preference will be given who has Advanced Excel Experience.
