Job Description

An e-commerce executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of a company's online sales and operations. This includes managing online product listings, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They also play a crucial role in driving online sales growth and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management:



Ensuring the company's website is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for sales. This includes managing product listings on India mart, content, and website functionality.

Digital Marketing:



Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the website, increase brand awareness, and boost sales. This can involve SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.

B2B Sales and Revenue Generation:



Managing online sales, tracking performance metrics, and developing strategies to improve conversion rates and sales.

Customer Experience:



Ensuring a positive and seamless online shopping experience for customers. This involves managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.

Inventory Management:



Overseeing product inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.

Performance Analysis:



Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and sales figures. Analysing data to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven strategies.

Cross-functional Collaboration:



Working closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.

Staying Up-to-Date:



Keeping abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, digital marketing, and customer experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like India mart, web analytics tools, and CRM software.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and motivate teams.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles.

Experience with online sales, marketing campaigns, and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
