Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Plan, create, and manage PPC and display advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, etc. Optimize product listings with high-converting content, images, and keywords to improve visibility and conversions. Monitor and analyse campaign performance daily, adjusting budgets, creatives, and bids as needed to maximize ROI. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop ad assets and promotional materials. Manage seasonal and product-specific promotional campaigns including flash sales, festive offers, and new launches. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and prepare detailed performance reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., inventory, operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution. Conduct competitor research to identify marketing opportunities and gaps. Should be able to understand the ecommerce promotion tactics.

Qualifications:



5+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in an e-commerce setting. Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central/AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, and data visualization platforms. Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
