We're looking for a self motivated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our existing team.

?Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. ?Manage and maintaining product uploading, listing, order processing and marketing on online platforms such as e-commerce, Indiamart, etsy, Nykaa and all B2B platforms. ??Run promotional campaigns in the following portals. ??Knowledge of all social media accounts and create content for diamond jewellery brand.
