Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the company's e-commerce platform. Upload new product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing. Monitor and ensure accurate order processing and timely customer service. Maintain proper inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock. Handle logistics for international shipping and ensure compliance with customs and tax regulations. Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to address issues and optimize performance. Track performance using e-commerce and analytics tools.

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and performance tools. Knowledge of online retail operations and basic digital marketing. Creative flair with awareness of current fashion trends. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
