Job Description

Website Management:

Maintaining and updating the website's content, product listings, and overall user experience.

Digital Marketing:

Developing and executing online marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, and email marketing, to drive traffic and sales.

Performance Analysis:

Monitoring and analyzing online sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Product Management:

Managing product listings, pricing, and promotions to optimize online sales.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Inventory Management:

Ensuring product availability and managing stock levels.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
