Job Description

Education:

A college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is usually needed.

Experience:

Having worked in e-commerce or similar roles is a plus.

Tech Skills:

Knowing how to use e-commerce platforms and tools, as well as basic web analytics.

Marketing Skills:

Understanding online marketing and social media to promote products.

Product Management:

Handling product listings, prices, and making sure products are available.

Analytical Skills:

Being good with numbers and using data to make decisions.

Communication:

Communicating well in writing and speaking, and working with different teams.

Customer Focus:

Putting customers first and helping them with any issues.

Problem-Solving:

Figuring out and fixing problems related to the website or customer experience.

Adaptability:

Being open to learning new things because the e-commerce field changes.

Creativity:

Thinking of new and creative ways to sell products online.

Legal Knowledge:

Understanding basic e-commerce laws and rules.
