Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Product Management

Keep the e-commerce platform updated with precise product listings, pricing, and details. Enhance product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to improve visibility and drive sales. Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure appealing product presentation and brand uniformity.

2. Catalog Management

Maintain proper product categorization and tagging to enhance search efficiency and navigation. Oversee product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Continuously refine catalog structure for better accessibility and user experience.

3. Data Entry & Analytics

Accurately input and update product information, prices, and specifications in the system. Ensure uniformity and accuracy across all listings. Create and follow data entry guidelines to streamline processes. Analyze product-related data to identify patterns and support business decisions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational qualifications: BBA, MBA, B.Com, PGDM, BCA, BE, MCA, MBDA, or other related disciplines. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in e-commerce and a desire to grow are encouraged to apply. Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and professional email communication. Excellent English communication skills are highly valued. Candidates should possess good interpersonal, analytical, and result-oriented skills to efficiently support e-commerce operations.
