It's good if you have past experience in amazon, flipkart, shiprocket, and any other platform who can ship orders online.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and manage
in-house inventory
of finished goods and raw materials.
Upload and update inventory
details across all assigned
online platforms
and internal systems.
Monitor and track new orders
received from domestic buyers and e-commerce partners.
Plan and coordinate dispatches
to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.
Work closely with the
production, sales, and logistics teams
to streamline operations.
Maintain and reconcile
inventory reports
, highlighting shortages, surpluses, and discrepancies.
Ensure all dispatch-related paperwork, invoices, and delivery notes are correctly prepared and filed.
Manage entries and updates in
SRM Portal and Impetus software
.
Liaise with couriers and transporters for shipment coordination and issue resolution.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in dispatch operations.
