Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms such as Meesho, India Mart, and Amazon.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce metrics to improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Handle online orders, returns, and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for increasing online visibility and sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce to keep our platforms competitive.

Requirements:

• 12th Grade Pass or any Graduate.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in e-commerce management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
