Ensure smooth website functionality, regularly auditing for performance, content accuracy, and user experience improvements.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and messages on Instagram and other social media channels, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to coordinate digital sales initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and report on key e-commerce performance metrics, customer behavior, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Assist in digital marketing activities as required, including content creation and analytics tracking.
