We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

E-commerce Executive

to manage our product listings and sales on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. This position is for a

female candidate

as we aim to foster a balanced and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these platforms and a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing and Management:

Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Etsy, and eBay, ensuring all details, including titles, descriptions, images, and prices, are accurate and appealing.

Inventory Management:

Regularly update inventory across all platforms to ensure stock levels are accurate and to avoid over-selling.

Order Processing:

Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from receiving orders to coordinating with the dispatch team for timely shipment.

Customer Service:

Promptly respond to customer queries, address any concerns, and manage feedback to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive seller ratings.

Sales Monitoring:

Track sales performance and key metrics on each platform to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Marketplace Optimization:

Implement basic strategies to improve product visibility and search ranking on each marketplace.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience or strong familiarity with selling on e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, Etsy, and eBay. Freshers can also apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficient in basic computer skills, including MS Excel. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
