Requirements:

Full-time position

- No part-time or work-from-home options. Strong understanding of

Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of

order processing, product listing, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.). Skills in

document filing, emailing, and record keeping

. Ability to coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams. Only

local candidates from Ludhiana, Punjab

will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily e-commerce operations and ensure timely order fulfillment. Manage product listings, pricing updates, and stock availability. Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution. Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and performance records. Lead the e-commerce operations team to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, and optimal platform performance.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
