Black Jones is looking for a Female E-Commerce Executive who can manage online marketplace operations and confidently communicate with customers. The role includes talking to customers, solving their queries, and handling daily e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website, etc.)
Talk to customers via calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email*

Handle and resolve customer queries professionally*

Manage orders, returns, replacements, and cancellations
Coordinate with logistics and internal teams
Ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Maintain order records and basic reports
Handle backend operations of e-commerce platforms

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English*

Comfortable speaking with customers on phone
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (preferred)
Calm and patient problem-solving attitude
Basic computer knowledge (email, Excel, dashboards)

Eligibility:

Female candidates only*

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in e-commerce or customer support is a plus
