Job Description

Daily product listing, price updates, stock management on all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website). Order processing, packing coordination, dispatch follow-up, and RTO reduction. Catalogue optimization: titles, images, descriptions, keywords. Coordinating with warehouse, courier partners, and customer support teams. Running basic promotions, coupons, deals, and monitoring performance. Checking daily sales reports, traffic reports, and maintaining Excel sheets. Handling customer queries, complaints resolution, and return/refund workflows. Competitor analysis and updating listings based on market trends. Maintaining product inventory accuracy and preventing overselling. Ensuring smooth end-to-end order cycle from order received to delivered.
