: 1-3 years in e-commerce operations ( freshers with good knowledge of Online Maketplaces, Shopify, Wordpress may also apply)
Responsibilities
: Manage product listings on website and marketplaces ( ebay, etsy) Handle online orders, returns, and customer queries Coordinate with logistics and inventory team Update product details, pricing, and stock Basic knowledge of social media and online promotions
Requirements
: Experience in e-commerce operations Basic computer and Excel skills Good communication skills Jewellery or retail experience is a plus
