Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Ecommerce Executive

to manage daily online operations, product listings, order processing, and marketplace coordination. The ideal candidate will help improve online sales performance, maintain listing hygiene, and ensure smooth execution across major ecommerce platforms.

Time: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

Office Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi

Role: On-site

Experience: 2 - 5 years.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Content Management

Create, update, and optimize product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and our own website. Ensure correct product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and attributes. Maintain listing hygiene and fix errors, suppressions, and QC issues.

2. Order & Inventory Management

Monitor daily orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for fast processing. Track inventory levels, update stock, and avoid out-of-stock situations. Manage returns, RTOs, and replacement orders smoothly.

3. Marketplace & Seller Account Management

Handle seller dashboards, tickets, and communications with marketplace account managers. Resolve listing issues, payment disputes, and compliance errors. Maintain healthy account metrics (cancellation, late dispatch rate, etc.)

4. Pricing, Promotions & Catalog Hygiene

Update pricing, deals, coupons, and promotions across platforms. Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and monthly sale events (Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Day, etc.)

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, inventory reports, and performance dashboards. Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and listing improvements.

6. Coordination & Support

Work closely with warehouse, marketing, finance, and customer support teams. Assist in product uploads, bulk data handling, and marketplace documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field (Commerce/Business preferred). 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Basic understanding of SEO for product listings. Experience with cataloging, content writing, and image guidelines.

Pay: ₹20,047.53 - ₹40,495.27 per month
