Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage daily operations across major online marketplaces such as

Amazon, Flipkart

, and

Quick Commerce platforms

(Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.). The role involves order management, catalog handling, listings, inventory coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth online operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations (Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce)

Manage daily activities on all assigned e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Monitor order flow, ensure timely processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination. Resolve operational issues such as order delays, cancellations, or listing errors.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management

Create, update, and optimize product listings: titles, descriptions, images, pricing. Ensure catalog accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines. Maintain listing health and fix suppressed or inactive listings.

3. Inventory & Stock Coordination

Monitor stock levels across marketplaces and warehouse. Coordinate with warehouse team for replenishment and avoid out-of-stock situations. Manage FBA/FBP, Flipkart Smart Fulfillment, and quick commerce inwarding (if applicable).

4. Pricing, Promotions & Campaigns

Update platform pricing based on competition and internal strategy. Plan and execute promotions, deals, coupons, and visibility campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and ensure ROI.

5. Order Management & Dispatch Coordination

Ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch from warehouse. Coordinate with courier partners or marketplace teams for pickups. Handle return orders, RTOs, and prepare reports for loss minimization.

6. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track sales, marketplace performance, product ranking, and order trends. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management. Identify improvement areas to enhance sales and reduce operational errors.

7. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure adherence to Amazon/Flipkart/Quick Commerce policies. Manage penalties, claims, and reimbursements. Coordinate for claims like damaged returns, wrong delivery, or logistics issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or quick commerce accounts. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, dashboards, and seller portals. Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table). Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple platforms simultaneously. Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like Seller Central, Vender Central, Seller Flex, SP portal, Flipkart Seller Hub, Unicommerce, Browntape, or similar OMS/WMS software. Experience in electronics, or quick commerce categories is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
