Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rates.
Assist in developing and executing promotional strategies, discounts, and campaigns.
Track and analyze key performance metrics like traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and customer behavior.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align e-commerce activities with digital campaigns.
Resolve customer issues and complaints related to online orders, returns, and logistics in a timely manner.
Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
Generate and present reports on e-commerce performance and suggest actionable improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart,
Nykaa
, etc.
Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and performance tracking tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
