Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Ajio,Myntra etc. Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, and inventory updates. Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images for better visibility and SEO. Monitor order processing, cancellations, and returns. Analyze sales data and assist in preparing performance reports. Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate promotional campaigns and discounts on online platforms. Boost sales,brand management,payment reconciliation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS tools. Good Excel and reporting skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
