Physiolifecare is a growing health and wellness brand managing multiple product lines across leading online marketplaces. We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations, listings, and account health on Amazon and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily order processing, dispatch coordination, and tracking updates.
Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller panels efficiently.
Maintain account health by monitoring performance metrics, resolving issues, and preparing POA (Plan of Action) when required.
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
Manage catalog uploads, inventory updates, and pricing.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order fulfillment.
Plan and execute ads and promotional campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
Handle customer messages, returns, and issue escalations.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace rules.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to create and manage listings and ads.
Basic Excel knowledge.
Ability to work independently and multitask.
