Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online book store across Amazon and WooCommerce. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Amazon product listing, WooCommerce management, MS Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and optimize product listings on

Amazon

and

WooCommerce

Manage daily operations including orders, returns, inventory tracking, and customer messages Handle Amazon Seller Central tasks: account health, listing issues, product uploads, pricing updates, and returns Generate daily/weekly/monthly

sales and performance reports

using MS Excel Conduct

competitor research

and market analysis for pricing, keywords, and trends Coordinate with the team for order processing, catalog updates, and product accuracy Monitor stock, identify slow-moving products, and suggest improvements Learn and implement new tools, skills, and strategies to grow platform performance

Requirements

Experience with

Amazon Seller Central

and

WooCommerce

. Strong knowledge of

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Good understanding of product listing, catalog management, and e-commerce operations Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new things Good communication and problem-solving skills Only male candidate
