We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our order operations across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong multitasking skills, an eye for quality, and the ability to ensure smooth dispatches and accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Handle daily order processing and dispatch across platforms such as Myntra, Shopify, our own website, and Nykaa.
Invoicing: Create invoices in Zoho Books and ensure all records are accurately maintained.
Shipping & Logistics: Generate shipping labels via Shiprocket and coordinate timely dispatch of all orders.
Inventory Management: Maintain updated stock levels across all platforms and reconcile regularly.
Returns & Replacements: Manage return requests, quality inspections, and coordination for replacements or refunds.
Quality Control: Conduct thorough product quality checks before dispatch to ensure only the best-quality products are shipped.
Reporting: Track daily dispatches, pending orders, and stock reports for management review.
Skills & Requirements:
Prior experience in e-commerce operations or order management.
Knowledge of Zoho Books, Shiprocket, and Shopify is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Basic understanding of inventory and logistics management.
Reliable, organized, and proactive work attitude.
