Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Product Listing & SEO Optimization

Manage product listings across

Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, Shopify, Zepto, and Unicommerce

. Implement strong

SEO practices and keyword optimization

for higher visibility and ranking. Ensure accurate titles, descriptions, images, and backend data for all SKUs.

2. Order & Inventory Management

Handle complete

order processing cycle

- confirmation, dispatch, and tracking. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor

inventory levels across platforms

to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Execute replenishment plans based on sales data and demand forecasting.

3. Content & A+ Page Management

Develop and update

A+ content / Enhanced Brand Content

on marketplaces. Coordinate photoshoots, creative content, and catalog updates for online platforms. Ensure product pages are visually appealing and aligned with brand aesthetics.

4. Platform Coordination & Support

Raise and manage cases with

Amazon, Flipkart, or Unicommerce

for listing or operational issues. Follow up with platform support teams for quick resolution of technical and order-related challenges.

5. Data Reporting & Analysis

Use

Excel and dashboard tools

for daily/weekly performance reports. Analyze sales, returns, and traffic data to identify trends and improvement areas. Share insights to enhance visibility, sales conversion, and profitability.

6. Quick Commerce Management

Oversee listings and order fulfillment on

Zepto, Blinkit, and other instant delivery platforms

. Manage fast-moving SKUs, replenishments, and platform promotions.

7. Coordination & Communication

Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and finance teams for seamless operations. Maintain clear documentation and SOPs for all e-commerce processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
