We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-Commerce Executive
to manage our online sales channels and ensure smooth execution of operations across marketplaces. You will be responsible for listing management, inventory coordination, campaign execution, and performance optimization on leading platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, analytical thinking, and the drive to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on marketplaces such as
Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, and others
.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, and operations) for timely uploads and inventory updates.
Optimize listings with accurate content, keywords, and high-quality images to improve visibility and conversions.
Track and analyze sales performance, order fulfillment, and customer feedback across channels.
Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order dispatch and return management.
Execute and monitor ad campaigns, deals, and offers in collaboration with the marketing team.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales trends, revenue, and product performance.
Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities.
Support new marketplace onboarding and handle operational compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1+ years of experience
in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management (FMCG/D2C preferred).
Hands-on experience with seller dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of online advertising, keyword optimization, and product ranking techniques.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
