Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and optimize product listings on different platforms, sellers and quick commerce to ensure maximum visibility and sales.

? Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve overall sales performance.

? Monitor marketplace metrics, such as sales performance, customer reviews, and seller ratings, and implement corrective actions as needed.

? Coordinate with the marketing team to run effective promotions and advertising campaigns.

? Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

? Handle escalations and work closely with customer support to resolve any issues promptly.

? Generate and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

? Basic knowledge in managing ecommerce marketplaces, preferably in the electronics sector.

? Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

? Great work ethics with hustling and an entrepreneurial mindset.

? Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
