E-commerce Operations Executive

in our e-commerce operations team!

Key Responsibilities:

Process

and manage

daily orders

across

platforms

like

Shopify

,

Myntra

,

Nykaa

,

Tata Cliq

,

Ajio

, etc. Monitor and

update stock levels

to avoid out-of-stock situations

Handle customer queries

, returns, exchanges & complaints -- keeping satisfaction high

File claims

for fraudulent returns & resolve order discrepancies Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely shipping & accurate deliveries Maintain records for orders, inventory & customer communications

Requirements:

3+

years of

experience

in e-commerce operations (fashion/lifestyle sector is a plus) Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, etc. Familiarity with order management software like Easycom and Unicommerce Basic understanding of inventory and fulfillment workflows Strong communication skills (both written & verbal) Female candidates preferred
