We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to manage daily e-commerce operations and customer service for Zastraa. This role ensures smooth order fulfilment, accurate stock management, timely communication, and an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment:
Extract orders from all e-commerce platforms daily.
Create POs and ensure same-day dispatch of products.
Inventory & Stock Management:
Update stock levels across all platforms daily.
Mark out-of-stock items as "0" and adjust excessive inventory levels appropriately.
Pricing & Discounts:
Update product prices during discounts or sales (after discussion with Kartik).
Periodically review and adjust prices to maximize profits based on stock levels.
Sales & Revenue Tracking:
Maintain a daily Excel sheet for sales and returns data.
Escalate any concerns or unusual trends immediately.
Customer Support (WhatsApp, Email, Social Media):
Handle all customer queries related to orders, returns, exchanges, and general inquiries.
Ensure timely and polite responses across WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
Communication & Coordination:
Check and respond to emails daily to avoid missing any important communication.
Maintain close interaction with Myntra, Ajio, and other platform cataloging and delivery teams.
Process Improvement:
Review and suggest improvements in operational processes to make workflows more efficient.
Support the team with project management and communication requirements.
Website Operations:
Monitor and respond to website-related emails, chat sessions, and phone calls.
Escalate any website performance or functionality issues promptly.
