We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Ecommerce Executive
to manage day-to-day operations of our online store. This role will focus on ensuring smooth customer experience through timely support, order confirmation, cart recovery, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
customer support queries
across email, chat, and phone with empathy and efficiency.
Proactively call customers for
order confirmation
to reduce returns and cancellations.
Track and recover
abandoned carts
through timely follow-ups, reminders, and communication.
Manage
NDR (Non-Delivery Reports)
by coordinating with logistics partners and customers to ensure redelivery.
Work with operations and support teams to provide quick
resolutions
for complaints, refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, escalations, and resolutions.
Share insights on recurring issues and assist in improving customer experience processes.
Requirements
Prior experience in
ecommerce operations, customer service, or support roles
.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to handle customer queries with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving approach.
Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
