Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.
Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and brand presence.
Monitor marketplace performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion, ratings, reviews).
Coordinate with inventory, dispatch, and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Handle product uploads, catalog management, A+ content creation, and SEO for better visibility.
Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues.
Plan and execute digital promotions, offers, and festival sales campaigns.
Analyze sales data and prepare regular MIS reports for management.
Keep up-to-date with marketplace policies, trends, and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
3-6 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, catalog management, and online promotions.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace seller portals.
Analytical mindset with ability to drive sales through data-driven strategies.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple platforms and meet sales targets.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
Salary Range:
