Job Title: E-Commerce Executive
Job Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: up to 30k (negotiable) plus sales-based incentives
Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced E-Commerce Executive who can independently manage seller central accounts on Amazon.in and Flipkart (mandatory) along with other leading platforms like Myntra and Nykaa. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of e-commerce operations, proven sales track record, and strong communication skills in both Hindi & English.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts on Amazon & Flipkart (must-have experience) and also handle Myntra & Nykaa. Create and manage high-quality product listings including titles, bullet points, keywords, and SEO-friendly product descriptions. Work on product optimization strategies to boost visibility and conversion. Develop and implement campaigns with strong focus on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Ensure returns claims are filed and money is received in a timely manner. Manage FBA shipments, FC appointments, and removal orders for unsold/damaged inventory. Generate detailed sales and business reports, analyze data, and suggest improvements. Create and manage A+ content / EBC listings, Brand Store setup, and promotional activities. Draft and submit Plans of Action (POA) for suspended accounts/ASINs to ensure reinstatement. Handle customer escalations directly and ensure resolution within timelines. Stay updated with marketplace changes and implement them effectively. Experience in Quick commerce platforms (preferably) will be an added advantage.
Requirements:

Minimum Graduation required. At least 2 years of proven experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart accounts. Proven sales track record in e-commerce platforms. Strong knowledge of keywords, SEO, product optimization, A+ content, and Brand Store creation. Good communication skills (Hindi & English - written & verbal). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. Team player with ownership mindset.
