eCommerce Executive to manage and support our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across marketplaces and company website. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to drive smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on various eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart etc.) and company website.
Ensure accurate product details, images, pricing, and keywords are updated regularly.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to ensure timely stock availability.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for smooth deliveries and returns management.
Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and suggest strategies for sales growth.
Timely raise the ticket with their follow ups of respective issues.
Wrong return claim on respective sites.
Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and resolve any account or listing issues.
Regular competitor analysis and price benchmarking.
Key Skills Required:
knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting/analysis.
Knowledge of keywords, and online marketing techniques.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and ability to handle operational challenges.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (preferred: BBA, MBA, or related field).
1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations/sales.
Freshers with strong enthusiasm for eCommerce may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
