Location: Okhla phase 1, Delhi

Department: E-commerce / Digital Sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive who will be responsible for

uploading and

managing products across our websites and marketplace platforms like Amazon, Flipkart,

and more.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have basic design skills to create

product images and brochures, and should understand how online marketplaces work.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and manage product listings on our company websites (Shopify, etc.) and

marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Ensure all product information (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, etc.) is complete

and accurate

Create and edit product images, banners, and digital brochures using tools like Canva or Photoshop

Regularly update product catalogs, availability, and pricing across platforms


Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure listings are attractive and up to

date


Monitor product performance, reviews, and competitor listings


Ensure listings follow marketplace guidelines (Amazon, etc.)


Assist in resolving listing issues or errors flagged by platforms


Keep track of product uploads and maintain organized records

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in E-commerce operations or product listing

Basic knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, etc.

Familiar with product upload processes on Shopify or similar platforms


Ability to use design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar (basic level is fine)


Attention to detail and good organizational skills


Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets


Ability to handle multiple listings efficiently

Preferred (Not Mandatory):


Understanding of basic SEO for product listings


Experience with catalog management tools or Amazon Seller Central

Experience in personal care, herbal, or raw materials industry
