Key Responsibilities-
Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Nykaa etc.) and company website.
Ensure accurate product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, pricing, and visuals
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates and order fulfillment
Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns across platforms.
Monitor and report on sales performance, ROI, and campaign metrics.
Handle customer queries, reviews, and service-related escalations effectively
Work with account managers from marketplaces to ensure visibility and compliance.
Manage catalog content - product descriptions, specifications, prices, images, etc.
Daily Task :
1- Inventary Check on all Eccomerce panel
2- Facebook Ad Recharge Wallet
3- Analysis Meta Ad Account
4- Whatsapp Check & Response To customers
5- Daily Check Mail & revert to customers
6- Check Flipkart, Meesho & Amazon Ads
7- Check listing Live or not on Flipkart Panel
8- Check Fb Comment & Delete
9- Check Order Volume Shopify & Ecommerce Panel.
10-Recharge Shipping Portal Panel (Fship & Rapidshyp)
11- Check order amount is correct or not
