We are looking for a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our digital sales channels for a reputed publication house. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, product listing, order fulfillment, and online customer engagement within the publishing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and D2C platforms
Ensure accurate product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, pricing, and visuals
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates and order fulfillment
Monitor and report on sales performance, ROI, and campaign metrics
Handle customer queries, reviews, and service-related escalations effectively
Execute promotional strategies and discount campaigns in line with seasonal trends
Collaborate with digital marketing teams for SEO and paid advertisement alignment
Stay updated with platform algorithms, best practices, and competitor activity
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce roles; publishing industry exposure preferred
Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel or other reporting tools
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
