Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

E-commerce Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring accurate product listings, enhancing content, and driving sales growth. You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including inventory management, pricing, and order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listings:

Ensure accurate and timely listing of new products across various e-commerce platforms.

Order Dispatching:

Coordinate the dispatch process to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

Order Tracking:

Monitor and track orders to ensure they are delivered to customers on time.

Customer Query Handling:

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Product Information Updates:

Keep product information up to date, including descriptions, prices, images, and availability.

Candidate Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Prior experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for online retail and delivering exceptional customer service
