Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, etc.) Oversee the D2C website (Shopify/WooCommerce) and ensure product updates, UX improvements, and order fulfillment Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, images) for SEO and conversions Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order dispatch and delivery Monitor daily sales, traffic, returns, and customer reviews to improve performance Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns and discount strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid ads and influencer campaigns Identify growth opportunities and new marketplace integrations Analyze reports and KPIs to generate actionable insights for revenue growth
