Job Description

1. Product Management

Upload and manage product listings across eCommerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and specifications Ensure accurate pricing, categorization, and stock status

2. Order & Inventory Coordination

Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing with the operations/logistics team Track stock levels and coordinate restocking with warehouse or vendors Handle returns, exchanges, and customer issues related to orders

3. Sales & Performance Tracking

Monitor sales, traffic, and conversion metrics across platforms Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards Track campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements

4. Campaign & Promotion Support

Coordinate with the marketing team to run platform promotions (coupons, discounts, banners) Update seasonal offers and deals on product pages Ensure on-time execution of festive/flash sales across platforms

5. Marketplace & Platform Coordination

Liaise with account managers from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc. Ensure listings are compliant with platform policies and optimize for visibility (SEO/keywords) Resolve listing or account-related issues with marketplace support

6. Customer Service Support

Handle customer queries related to product information, delivery timelines, or issues Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and professional responses

7. Website Management (if D2C involved)

Manage backend tools like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento (based on platform) Coordinate banners, landing pages, and homepage updates with design team Test user experience across mobile and desktop
