We are seeking a proactive and experienced E-commerce Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart, as well as overseeing our Shopify and WordPress websites. Your expertise in SEO, PPC campaigns, and social media advertising will drive our digital marketing efforts and contribute significantly to our growth and success in the e-commerce space. Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart. Ensure product listings are optimized, inventory levels are maintained, and customer inquiries are managed effectively.
- Website Management: Administer our e-commerce sites built on Shopify and WordPress. Update product listings, manage content, and ensure the website architecture supports an optimal user experience.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to increase organic search visibility and traffic across all digital platforms. Monitor performance metrics to identify strategies for improvement.
- Advertising and Campaign Management: Plan and execute PPC campaigns on Amazon, Google, and various social media platforms. Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other critical metrics. Prepare reports for management illustrating the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
