Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Process customer orders, returns, and refunds accurately in coordination with internal teams.
Handle escalations, complaints, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution.
Update and maintain customer interaction records in CRM tools.
Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings on e-commerce platforms.
Provide post-purchase assistance and maintain customer retention.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Regional language preferred).
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Prior experience in E-commerce or BPO customer service preferred.
