We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Order Processing Executive to manage daily online order operations across multiple platforms. The role involves processing orders, coordinating with warehouses/logistics, ensuring timely dispatch, maintaining accurate records, and resolving order-related queries to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage daily orders received from eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Shopify etc).
Able to raise wrong return claim on all the ecommerce sites.
Handle cancellations, returns and replacement orders as per policy.
Known to courier Aggregators: Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees.
Ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and label generation through Order Management System.
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams for timely packing and shipping.
Able to track shipments and update order status on portals.
Comfortable in calling to customer as well.
Able to maintain and manage record in Excell.
Communicate with courier partners for pickup/delivery issues.
Respond to order-related queries from customers, marketplaces, and internal teams.
Monitor inventory levels and flag low/out-of-stock products.
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and SLAs.
Support in listing updates, price checks, and promotions if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
