We're seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service to our online customers. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our diamond jewelry customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet customer satisfaction and service standards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of diamond jewelry (training provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred)
