Job Description
Manage end to end process for eCommerce portal www.sportskhel.com.
- Upload, update and delete products from the portal.
- Research for the products to be uploaded on Portals. Develop/write content for eCommerce website.
- Coordinating with the team for Order Process, Packing and Stock Maintenance.
- Coordinating with Customers for Order, Clarifications and Complaints.
- Reply to customer queries.
- Magento knowledge
- Good Written communication Skills
- Ability to write E-mails
- Candidate must have good knowledge in MS - Office tools (Excel)
- Work on photoshop
- 10 Am to 7.30 PM - Monday to Saturday
- Day shift
