2. Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversation rates, and KPI's.
3. Identify growth opportunities through market trends and custiomer behavior.
4. Oversees the functionality and design of the company's e-commerce platforms.
5. Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.
6. Test and apply platform updates to improve user experience
7. Manage promotional offers and ensure they're effectively displayed.
8. Use SEO and digital marketing tools to drive traffic and conversation.
9. Analyze user behaviour and website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
10. Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness
11. Lead or work with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and customer service
12. Develop and implement e-commerce strategies Craft plansto grow online sales, attract new customers, and improve conversion rate.
13. Manage product listings and inventory ensure accurate, optimized listing across platforms ( Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify ) and monitor stock level.
