Job Summary



We are seeking a results-driven professional to oversee and scale our online medical equipment business.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital sales, optimising product listings, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment while navigating the unique regulatory requirements of the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities



Platform Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations on our website ( Shopify / WooCommerce) and third-party marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.

Product Listing & SEO:

Create and optimize high-quality listings for medical devices, ensuring accurate technical specifications, medical terminology, and high-ranking keywords.

Inventory & Logistics:

Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels for critical equipment and ensure timely delivery through 3PL partners.

Digital Marketing:

Execute targeted campaigns (SEO/SEM) to reach healthcare providers, hospitals, and individual clinics.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all online listings and sales practices comply with medical device regulations and industry standards.

Performance Analytics:

Track and report on key metrics like conversion rates, traffic, and ROI to drive data-informed growth strategies.

Customer Support:

Manage technical inquiries from medical professionals and oversee returns or replacements for specialised equipment.

Required Qualifications



Experience: 3-5+ years in E-commerce management, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento), Google Analytics, and Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting).

Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical equipment categories and the healthcare procurement process.

Communication: Strong ability to convey complex technical information to both medical professionals and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling Amazon Seller Central/FBA for medical products.

Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce) to manage professional healthcare relationships.

Knowledge of digital marketing for B2B healthcare audiences.

Pro-tip: Since this is for medical equipment, you might want to specify if they need to handle B2B (Hospitals/Wholesale) or B2C (Home Healthcare), as the sales strategies for each are quite different!

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
