Job Description

We're Hiring - eCommerce Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Replying to customer messages on

eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces

Managing

account health

on marketplaces Handling

refunds, returns and order issues

Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer problems
Requirements:

Good knowledge of

MS Excel

Strong understanding of

online marketplaces

(eBay, Amazon, etc.) Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
