E-Commerce Executive

to strengthen our online sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:



1. E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE - MARKETPLACE OPERATIONS & 3PL ONBOARDING


Primary Responsibilities:


Marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart, Faire, etc.)
3PL evaluation, onboarding, and coordination

Secondary Responsibilities:


New product assortment planning
New product launch coordination across marketplaces

2. E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE - PRODUCT LISTINGS & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT


Primary Responsibilities:


Creating, optimizing, and updating product listings across all marketplaces

Secondary Responsibilities:


Inventory tracking and management
Coordinating with warehouse/3PL for stock updates

3. E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR - ORDER PROCESSING & REPORTS


Primary Responsibilities:


Daily order processing
Preparing operational and sales reports

Secondary Responsibilities:


Visibility checks across platforms (pricing, buy box, content, stock, etc.)

Marketplace Onboarding:



Manage the full onboarding and approval process for new marketplaces in USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

Complete and submit all required documentation, certifications, and compliance details.

Coordinate with internal departments (AOW) for brand approvals, product registration, and content readiness.

Handle account setup -- including tax, payment, logistics, and brand verification across regions.

Ensure every new marketplace account is live, compliant, and operational within the defined timelines.

Analyze daily sales, returns, and traffic reports to optimize performance. Handle online customer queries, reviews, and feedback in coordination with the Customer Support team Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on leading e-commerce platforms (Amazon, JioMart, BigBasket, etc.) Monitor competitor pricing and suggest improvements for online visibility and conversions Prepare weekly performance reports for management review

Desired Candidate Profile:



Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales management Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace tools Good command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills
