Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with exceptional judgment to manage listings and grow sales on Flipkart, Amazon and other online marketplaces.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage inventory on Flipkart, Pepperfry and Amazon and other online marketplaces
  • Create, manage, and optimize listings for all marketplaces
  • Coordinate marketing for all online marketplaces, including promotional opportunities, pricing optimization, content creation (guides, banners, HTML templates, and email)
  • Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing
  • Establish Flo Sleep Solutions as a seller in new online marketplaces
  • Monitor competitive listings and Flo Sleep Solutions product pricing on all marketplaces
  • Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes as needed
  • Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems
  • Consistently monitor and understand competitive pricing landscapes
  • Monitor, analyse and report on marketplace metrics and sales
DESIRED SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3-4 years' experience in ecommerce, online marketing, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc). Experience buying and selling on Flipkart, Amazon, etc. is preferred
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel
  • Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others
  • Experience in merchandising, online marketing, and/or e-commerce preferred
  • Experience with product listings, data feeds, email marketing, search engine marketing, and Goggle Analytics is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fluid, fast-paced team environment while meeting critical deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, plus the ability to quickly learn and work with the new systems and software.
Salary Range - Rs 20,000 - 40,000The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist time will be spent on managing listings and inventory for all third-party online marketplaces. This position will be responsible for managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analysing data and growing marketplace opportunities.Job Requirements: Listing the products online - Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry etc Run organic and sponsored Ads on marketplaces. Utilizing a variety of tools on Amazon and other marketplaces to increase sales by optimizing our product pages for keywords and content, while ensuring we are also protecting our brand from unauthorized sellers.   • Manage the Amazon catalogs including feeds and product listings.
  • Optimize listings per Amazon SEO best practices.
  • Monitor competitors and adjust approach to ensure our position as a category leader.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels in all applicable Amazon marketplaces.
  • Help with inventory forecasting for large product catalog
  • Maintain and update A+ content
  • Manage reporting to keep track of appropriate KPIs and sales data.
  • Monitor Amazon account health and metrics; proactively alert team for issues and resolve as appropriate.
  • Contact Amazon support whenever issues arise along and consistently following up with them
  • Participate as required as Business Lead on any projects requiring Amazon Marketplace participation (e.g. ERP to Amazon integrations).
  • Work with Customer Support Team to respond to customer feedback (transactional feedback and product reviews).
  • Maintain awareness of best practices for Amazon sellers.
  • Monitor and manage other appropriate marketplace environments in the future (e.g. Ebay, Walmart, Jet, etc) as required.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing team to define new Internet marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist with new product launches.
  • Analyze and report progress against campaign goals.
  • Oversee and optimize new product listings using strong knowledge of keyword research, ranking algorithms, and product search
  • Manage online product reviews for whole catalog, along with ensuring top seller rating.
  • Analyze data within Amazon, present findings and recommendations for areas of growth in terms of product catalog and strategy.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue and margin tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Analyze current sales data, conversion rates and optimize product progressions
  • Implement advertising campaigns utilizing sponsored product ads, headline search ads, and product display ads
Job ExperienceQUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
  • Experience of managing an Amazon Marketplace account.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Amazon paid ads services.
  • Experience in working with AMS and PPC
  • Amazon Seller Central experience including both FBM and FBA
  • Experience with Seller active or other multichannel integration tools preferred
